In fact, the success led to marital strife, because the results the were so good.
At inception, the practice operated 4 days a week. They quickly needed to adjust their schedule to 5 days a week with an additional 2 weekends per month due to the influx of new patients. After a few months of review generation, they were tracking to gain 96 new patients (which was significant for them).
Anecdotally, Peter’s wife, who worked for the dental practice as a receptionist said:
“Advertising and reviews work hand in hand. New patients would always say, we ‘found you on the internet and read your online reviews. You guys look awesome.’”
Using Grade.us, their dental practice generated 118 reviews over the course of one year, a substantial volume for the dental industry and more than all of their competitors.
They also increased their review volume by 39% over the previous year. Their average rating of new reviews over the year was an impressive 4.83 stars compared to the average the previous year. 4.8 stars.
The Grade.us report helped visualize the click through rate of the review funnel. While North Creek Dental had a 97% positive feedback rate, they were able to successfully recover the poor experience of 7 patients (poor being a 3 star rating in this case!), with superior patient support.
