Google receives 92 percent of all search visits in the United States (as of 2020), and 96 percent of mobile organic visits. Google is the number one review platform, with 63.6 percent of consumers searching for reviews on Google first. Fifty-three percent of customers visit a business within 48 hours of performing a local search on Google. It sounds like they have a monopoly. 😏
